It is in the Seller’s best interest to make sure the dress is dry-cleaned and in a good condition.
Can I customize the dress to fit me?
A dress can usually be altered by 2 sizes without losing its shape or form.
How do I know my size will fit?
The “CM” displayed on the listing should be as accurate as possible, to avoid any disappointments for either party. If you are about anything you can email us at info@sewcouture.co.za and we can try assist. Should you purchasing directly with the seller, aVideo call is key to ensuring quality and legitimacy.
What is your return policy?
Should you choose to “Buy Through Sew Couture” The funds for the transaction will be with us until you are satisfied (within 48 Hours of receiving the dress)- please see T & C ’s for further information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can, the logistic fee will remain the same, the courier fee will be quoted on accordingly.
What happens if I the Seller ship the dress and the Buyer is not happy?
The Seller needs to be as transparent as possible as the funds will only be released by Sew Couture once the buyer is happy. Any concerns should already be addressed in the ongoing discussions.
How do I increase chances of my sale:
Always suggest that they have fitted the style, show a video of the actual product as this will show colour and quality. Compare cm’s and discuss any questions/alterations that may have been done to the dress. Should there be a legitimate reason, The seller will then need to pay the logistic fee to Sew Couture to have the dress picked up from the buyer and returned to the seller * See T & C’s for further information.
