We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange. 
 
**All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 days upon receiving the order.**
 
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original package.
 
**ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. **
 
We will not accept any items if…
 
• Worn
• Washed
• Altered
• Snagged
• Ripped
• Stained
• Odors
• Or any other damage caused by the customer
 
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without this online link being processed and logged. All credits will be applied as store credit. No refunds allowed 
 
Please submit your return/exchange request via this page in order for it to be proceesed systematically and tracked. For damages, please take a photo of the damage piece to better assist you. Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number via email. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before the couriers collect this/ or you return this to our store. This way we will be able to process the return faster without any confusion. Our Couriers will collect the parcel directly from you and the flat rate return charge will be deducted from your credit note (R90 – R120 area dependent). Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush orders.
 
All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
