If an item is to be returned, kindly ensure you have all the original packing, labels, etc. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Sew Couture within 7 days of receiving the parcel for an authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, everyone makes mistakes, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The pictures of the products may vary slightly in colour or look as everyone’s technology displays this differently. Sew Couture will not grant refunds or returns if customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture. All items personalized or on final sale and cannot be returned, no exchanges or refunds. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount. Please note all our items are cold wash only, failing to do so with tamper with your personalization and to have this redone will unfortunately have to be charged for, but can indeed be re-printed.
