Buy your wedding/cocktail dress:

• Choose your dream dress from our selection.
• Compare your measurements against those online.
• If you are happy to purchase your dress on our platform, with Sew Couture to conclude the transaction, we will send you a link to complete the payment online.
• The funds will stay secure with us @sewcouture.
• We will notify the seller that you have paid.
• They will package the dress and send video to Sew Couture of the product.
• Sew Couture will manage the logistics of the dress to the buyer, if you choose us to handle the transaction.
• Once the buyer has received the dress and is happy, we will release the funds to the seller.
• Product will ship within 24-48Hours from the seller accepting the offer.
• We offer a money back guarantee within 48 hours to the buyer, once you have received the dress and are not satisfied, provided the reasons are within the T’s & C’s.
• We take ZERO commission on the sale.
• We charge a flat rate of R500 ex vat. flat rate to arrange the logistics ex freight nation wide on all wedding dress purchases.
• We Ship Nationwide. International shipping available on request.

Selling your wedding/cocktail dress:

• List your wedding dress for R450 ex vat and your Cocktail for R150 ex vat
• We will list your dress for 12 months.
• You can select the photos of your dress and complete the information required online.
• We do the marketing of the dresses via our social media platforms.
• The better quality of the pictures and visual of the dress will increase your selling chances.
• List all specs so there are no complications or disappointments.
• We represent both the buyer and the seller and guarantee the funds of the sale.
• Once the buyer has received the dress and is happy, we will release the funds to you (seller) less the handling fee of R500 ex vat. ex courier fee (Bridal only).
• This option is not applicable to cocktail purchases unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior with Sew Couture.
• We arrange the logistics of the wedding dress between the buyer and the seller. Should the sale not “take place” we will charge the seller R500 ex vat. pick up and return fee.
• We take zero commission on the sale.
