Within 7 (seven)days of your order being delivered to your door or notified for collection, you can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product as long as the preferred size being requested is still available with Sew Couture. Should the item not be available for a direct exchange in size, our professional tailoring department will re-size this for you.

– You will need to cover the cost of return courier services.
– Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed, unstained and free from any fragrances.
– No exchanges will be issued on sale items.
– Store credit will be loaded, as we do not offer refunds
– Once we receive the item the store credit will be emailed to you in a voucher format

On personalized sleepwear sets or handmade product items, we will happily tailor these for the individuals free of charge to basic alterations and adjust accordingly or offer an exchange where we feel we are unable to tailor for you or the person whom was gifted. There will be no refunds for all handmade or personalized sets which size was chosen incorrectly by the client. If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to arrange a store credit or exchange it, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.


All preordered items are imported on special order request logged by you online and require an ordering time of 15 working days (excluding weekends) because of this we do not offer refunds on these selected items, however are very happy to offer a free basic tailoring service to ensure the adjusted fit to size. Alternatively an online store credit will be passed should we note be able to adjust or exchange the item or size.

All return or exchange request, the client will be responsible to arrange this at their own cost, unless we are responsible for the incorrect item delivered.


Due to differences in monitors/phones, colours of products may also appear different to those shown due to light variations.


At Sew Couture, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit. Please select orders carefully using the sizing guides provided, and acknowledge the size the model is wearing as reference. 

in the event of an item that has not been personalized an exchange needs to be done or an account credit needs to be allocated for something else in the future, the customer is liable for the arrangement of the courier to return the item to us for exchange and will be liable to pay the shipping cost to receive the new garment back to you.

Please note that: Sew Couture checks the quality of every product prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, Sew Couture will first offer to repair any minor faults. Please contact us by email at Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item along with photographic evidence and must supply proof of purchase. This must be made within 48hrs of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by Sew Couture the client must return the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order to be corrected. Sew Couture will only offer to replace or refund your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired by us and that the damage is due to factory default. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if we deem that the damage to the item was caused in any way by the client.


Reduced/Sale products are not eligible for return.

For promotions which involve a complimentary item, the said complimentary item cannot at any stage be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a product fault.
